    Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Growth Automation Strategist with a strong background in automation tools, particularly HubSpot or Marketo/Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot/salesforce/Marketo and a deep understanding of marketing automation strategies. This role focuses on driving growth through the design, development, and implementation of customized HubSpot solutions, including workflows, and email templates etc.

    • Strategic Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and competitive differentiation.
    • HubSpot Development: Launch and manage Growth Marketing Campaigns. Design, develop, and implement customized HubSpot solutions, including workflows, email templates, dashboards, and other marketing automation features, to meet the needs of the marketing and sales teams.
    • Campaign Optimization: Develop and optimize automated campaigns to drive growth, including email marketing campaigns. Track and analyze the performance of automated campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Develop and automate sales processes, including task assignments, follow-up sequences, and sales notifications, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
    • Client Communication: Engage with clients independently to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure that automation strategies align with their business goals.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation strategies, generating reports and insights to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
    • Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for using HubSpot CRM. Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and industry trends to ensure that the organization leverages the latest features and functionalities, maintaining a competitive edge and optimizing CRM performance.
    • CMS (Bonus): Experience in optimizing HubSpot CMS to ensure a seamless user experience, including creating and updating website pages, landing pages, CTAs, content management, monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics, and staying current with industry trends to implement best practices and enhance website functionality.

    Essential Skills and Qualifications

    • Graduation/Post Grad in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing automation.
    • Strong experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms.
    • Knowledge of email marketing & automation best practices.
    • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
    • Proven track record in developing effective segmentation strategies.
    • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
    • Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities.
    • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
    • Certification in HubSpot.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
