– Flutter Framework Proficiency: Strong grasp of the Flutter framework and its components, including widgets, navigation, state management, and third-party libraries.
– Dart Programming: Proficiency in Dart programming language, which is essential for developing Flutter applications.
– UI/UX Design: Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Flutter’s built-in widgets or custom designs.
– Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and implementing effective solutions.
– Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.
Academic Qualifications:
BE, BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA, MSc (Bachelor’s Preferred), BSC (Computer-Science), Diploma in Computer-Science.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Develop high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Interview Process:
– 1st Round: Telephonic Filtering round with HR team for initial screening.
– 2ndRound: Face to Face round which includes aptitude test followed by the Basic Written/Verbal Technology Test.
– 3rd Round: Practical Technology Test.
