Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Web Development) with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in team handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Skills & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr for identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Practical experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or any other CRM for effective lead management.
- Develop competitive business strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
- End-to-end expertise in writing compelling business proposals and tailoring solutions for potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and provide customized quotations.
- Strong technical knowledge to handle client queries and propose suitable solutions.
- Extensive understanding of Mobile Apps, Web Development, Digital Marketing, E-commerce (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce), and HubSpot sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to optimize business strategies.
- Prepare and present business development reports, performance metrics, and revenue projections.
- Experience in team handling, lead generation, and client communication.
Essential Qualifications:
- Expertise in writing persuasive business proposals to secure high-value projects.
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/BDM at a software development company (e-commerce & web).
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) or CMS platforms.

- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
