Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition for Digital Marketing services.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in closing deals, handling global clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Skills & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business through Upwork bidding (Digital Marketing & Web projects)
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (Lead Generation → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure)
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Web & Marketing teams for project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor junior BDEs and guide them in bidding strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Business Development (IT / Digital Marketing)
- Strong expertise in Upwork platform (bidding, connects strategy, profile optimization)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development & Performance Marketing
- Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Australia clients
