Job Summary
WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Bidder) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in IT sales and business development.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through online bidding portals, writing proposals, and assisting in client communication.
Skills & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Draft customized proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and project status
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Learn and implement effective bidding strategies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of online bidding portals is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing / IT services (preferred)
