    Our company seeks a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager who can help expand our market presence. Our immediate goals for this position include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and carefully managing current client relationships. We require someone who has a strong background in sales or business development. Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record for driving growth are also necessary.

    Job Requirements

    • Knowledge in Upwork or similar bidding platforms.
    • Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or any other CRM, for effective lead management.
    • Expertise in writing proposals and presentations.
    • Identify new business opportunities, and potential clients, and provide tailored solutions and quotations.
    • Technically sound enough to handle client queries.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute client-focused solutions.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Expertise in writing proposals.
    • Education qualification can be – BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Convincing, negotiation skills.
    • Must have knowledge of lead generation and closure.
    • Must have experience with client communication and team handling.
    • Project management skills.

    Soft Skills required

    • Self-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals.
    • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
