Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at WebGuruz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Job Requirements
- Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
- Acquiring new clients through learning about bidding platforms like Upwork/Fiver etc.
- Upselling through existing client network.
- Zeal to work towards marketing and sales process that leads to client conversions.
- Update and maintain the prospect database by recording all prospecting activity daily.
- Pro-active approach and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline.
- Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market.
- Coordinate the development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team.
- Sending Proposal/bids on spontaneous basis using Upwork to grab new business opportunities.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate/post Graduate degree (B Tech, MBA, BBA) preferred
- Zeal to work towards closures
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Professional yet affable disposition
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Great networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
