Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage and lead a team, and experience in working with overseas clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that build and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
Skills & Experience:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to build and enhance the brand presence for clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and execute day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, creation, posting, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and ensure campaigns are relevant and innovative.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and optimize future strategies.
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on campaign performance, recommendations, and insights.
- Handle client relationships, ensuring their brand voice and objectives are effectively communicated across social media platforms.
- Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, ensuring the team delivers on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms and campaigns.
- Manage and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Plan and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, ad copy, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the development of social media reports and presentations for clients, showcasing results and offering actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and executing social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Experience in working with overseas clients and managing different cultural nuances and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and campaign results to clients and team members.
- Experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving brand goals.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for content, design, and branding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize social media performance.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and budget management is a plus.
Essential Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Specialization in Digital Marketing/Marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing.
- MBA (Marketing).
