Job Overview:
As a Pre Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, providing technical expertise and solution-oriented insights to our clients. Your extensive knowledge of Middleware, will be instrumental in understanding our clients’ needs and recommending the best-fit solutions.
- Generating and maturing sales leads for backend infrastructure support at level 2 and level 3.
- Give presentations to partners on middleware and Platform-as-a-Service technologies through webinars, conferences, meet-ups.
- Create and retain an expert level of knowledge on the Middleware Industry and related technologies.
- Work closely to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets.
- Illustrate the value of the company’s solution to prospects in a compelling manner.
- Develop cloud-native technical approaches and proposal plans identifying the best practice solutions for a successful proposal. Create, edit, and review documents, diagrams, and other artifacts in response to RFQs.
- Contribute to and participate in presentations to customers regarding proposed solutions.
- Responsible for aligning the company’s capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach.
- Draft business collaterals for potential leads and the ability to frame required quotations.
- Assist the internal development team to develop cloud-native applications to deploy the solution using best practices.
Skills & Experience:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales consultation spanning at least two cloud IT disciplines including technical architecture, network management, and middleware.
- Experience working on lead closure for large-scale applications on AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of microservices and serverless architecture is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Should understand the costing of different cloud services and optimizations.
- Should have experience with all major AWS (or) Azure services.
