The ideal candidate will be responsible to undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. The candidate will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

· Proven 2+ years of experience required as HR Generalist
· Efficient HR administration and people management skills
· Excellent record-keeping skills
· Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
· Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
· Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills

· Hands on Experience required in Recruitment, Payroll, ESI, TDS, Attendance Management, Induction, Exit Formalities, Performance appraisal And Training- Development etc.
Academic Qualification:
MBA, BBA, PGDM(HR), BA, Diploma in HR and Marketing
Responsibilities:
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
· Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
· Recommend strategies to motivate employees
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
· Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
· Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
· Perform orientations and update records of new staff
· Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
· Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
· Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
· Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
· Develop and oversee new hire orientation, on boarding efforts and employee termination process
· Assist with payroll and benefits administration
· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Interview Process:
– 1st Round: Telephonic Filtering round with HR team for initial screening.
– 2ndRound: Face to Face round which includes aptitude test followed by the Basic Written/Verbal Technology Test.
– 3rd Round: Practical Technology Test.
– 4thRound: Final HR Round.
