We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Expert to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding onto the HubSpot platform and implementing it effectively to meet their specific business needs.
We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a HubSpot CMS & CRM Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for both the web development aspect using HubSpot CMS and the effective implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies using HubSpot CRM. This dual role requires a candidate with expertise in both areas to drive seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in HubSpot’s capabilities, coupled with your strong communication and project management skills, will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional experience for our clients.
Skills & Experience:
Responsibilities & Duties
- Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients.
- Work with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, HubSpot DB, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
- Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists.
- Provide expertise on how to get the most out of HubSpot and be a trusted advisor.
- Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues.
- Design and implement scalable HubSpot and other marketing automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
- Define and visualize customer journeys.
- Analyze data to help clients identify areas where they can grow their revenue.
- Collaborate with clients and internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment towards common goals.
- Use HubSpot and other data sources to uncover hidden insights and make recommendations to improve marketing and sales processes.
- Segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
- Set up deal stages and pipelines.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
- Develop tests and optimize results.
CMS
- Website Development – Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing websites using
HubSpot CMS. – Customize HubSpot templates to align with rand guidelines and design
specifications. – Implement responsive designs for an optimal user experience across devices. - If having experience in CMS would be a plus point. Create and manage landing pages, forms,workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
- Template Customization – Develop and customize HubSpot templates for various website sections. – Ensure consistency in design elements and layouts throughout the website
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred).
- Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns.
